Put Your Prints Up, Baby

As fall slowly rolls around the corner, I cannot put a stop to what I would like in my fall wardrobe collection. I once met a girl who was studying fashion design with an emphasis on knits so she could makes awesome print sweaters like these which is TRéS COOL!!! Prints on sweaters are a wonderful way to add quirkiness to a rather plain ensemble.  Plus they are usually funny, cute, or just a bit out of the ordinary.

Wish List: Anthropologie Edition

The other day I got a letter in the mail... from Anthropologie! Inside was a cute little bracelet and a card with 15% off the month of July because its my birthday month.  It has been about a week since I got the letter but have been searching the website like crazy, waiting for July 1st to come.  It's always really exciting to check out their window displays and even house ware.  Lately I've been loving the mixing of prints for tops and bottoms.  Anthro is a great place to find unique prints.  This Voluspa candle is my favorite and once I have one it is always burning!

Madewell

If you have been MIA like I have recently, you might have too missed out on the Madewell opening in Indianapolis.  Prior to its opening, the only thing I knew about Madewell was that Alexa Chung created a collection with them.  It was oh so cute, and you must check out her "xine" here.

Madewell is known for their denim (see denim bar in-store) and they share a lovely sisterhood with J. Crew.

As the weather heats up and layers shed off, get inspired by the lovely spring lookbook they put together.

The colors, prints, and simplicity make to be such wonderful spring time looks.
I am especially excited to add a fun printed pant to my wardrobe this spring.

What spring essential are you going to add to your collection?
